Our clients provide an outreach service and day service to vulnerable children and adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. This role has full time or part time positions available on a permanent basis. You will be required to support clients with personal care, administrating medication, taking service users out into the community and any other duties to improve the service users quality of life.


  • must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
  • genuine interest in working within a caring environment
  • passionate about working with vulnerable adults and children
  • satisfactory pre employment checks
  • previous experience working in this role

Main Responsibilities:

  • ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting clients when required with personal care and all other aspects of daily living
  • provide attention when needed whilst ensuring clients retain their comfort and dignity
  • working with challenging behaviours
  • ensure full privacy and dignity of clients is maintained at all times, in line with the companies policies and procedures
  • clean and maintain equipment used by clients
