We are looking to recruit an English Teacher within a SEN School in the London borough of Merton, South West London within the Special Education Sector. Our client is looking for a passionate Teacher that are looking to impact on the lives of young learners. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, welcoming school that believes on making a good environment for both pupils and staff. The school offers ongoing training, a supportive team and long-term opportunities for career growth.
Main duties include:
- Working with pupils who have SEMH and ASD needs
- The ability to plan and deliver English to pupils aged 11-16
- Working with small classes of 2 to 4 pupils
- The ability to not only deliver the subject but the ability and interest to engage with students within the school
To be successful:
For this role you will need to be a Qualified Teacher with a QTS Registration. You will need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a SEN/APU School.
